Thank you for your interest in our research study. You likely found this page after seeing an ad for our study on TikTok, or perhaps you’re already in our study. We’re glad you’re here!

Our research focuses on understanding political content on TikTok—what people encounter, what captures their attention, and how online information shapes what matters to them. We take a broad view of what counts as “political content.” Beyond traditional campaign ads and news clips, we include memes about current events, podcast segments on social issues, explainer videos about policies, and commentary on political topics.

What makes this research meaningful is learning from actual users about their experiences. Observational data can tell us some things, but understanding how different types of content actually affect people’s attention, interests, and perspectives requires insights that only you can provide. Your participation helps us build a more complete picture of how political information moves through social media and influences real people’s lives. Thanks for considering us!
